WHOLESALE DIVISION
The wholesale division services the commercial, wholesale, and residential segments of the electrical industry, including Institutions, Small Industry, and all Provincial and Federal Government Departments. This division also encompasses the utility business which includes Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro, Newfoundland Power and Churchill Falls (Labrador) Corporation (CFLco).
PROJECT DIVISION
The project division commenced operations in the late 1980’s offering a unique service to our customers by preparing blueprint take-offs, and electrical packages on all material required for any given tender. This service is provided to all electrical contractors whether large or small, in all fields such as commercial, industrial and residential.
INDUSTRIAL DIVISION
The Industrial division with its specialized staff in automation, instrumentation, and motor control solutions take P.R.I.D.E in servicing the offshore oil industry (Petro-Canada, Husky, and Exxon Mobil-Hibernia), the oil refining industry, pulp and paper, mining and fishing industries to name a few. We utilize quality manufacturers such as Thomas and Betts, EGS Canada (Appleton), Siemens Electric( we are the exclusive industrial distributor for Siemens Electric Automation and Motor Control and Distribution products), and many other industrial manufacturers to complement our daily service.
Administration & Corporate Management
Our corporate head office located in St John’s, NL, includes our accounts receivable, accounts payable, information technology, accounting and senior management functions for all the McLoughlan branches. The centralization of these core functions allow for prompt responses concerning customer, supplier or other third party inquiries. Our professional, competent and courteous staff will address all customer and supplier inquiries pertaining to their accounts regardless of the branch location in which they may have had dealings.
